Andrea Falcone 8th Annual Holiday Health Contest Rules

Contest Period 
The Contest starts at 9:00 a.m. EST on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on Friday, December 17, 2021. Daily contest closes at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Eligibility
The Contest is open to residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, who, as at the start of the Contest Period, have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.  Some giveaways will be eligible for residents local to a specific region of Ontario; this information will be highlighted as it pertains to the specific ‘Day’ of the Contest.

“Like” and “Comment” on the contest post for your chance to win that day’s ‘Holiday Health’ featured prize if applicable. Each Day with a corresponding prize, will have a question embedded at the end of the video for which you can answer in the Comments section to be eligible to win that prize. “Follow” @andreafalcone.rd and the company outlined in the day’s post.

For one (1) additional entry, “share” post on Instagram Stories and “tag” @andreafalcone.rd (Andrea) on your share. Only one (1) additional entry per person per day of campaign is permitted, to a maximum of two (2) entries per day.

The only method of entry for this Contest is online entry through Instagram; no other methods of submission will be accepted.

Although online access and an email account are required to participate, no purchase is required to enter the Contest.

Winners
Each day of the contest period, for which there is a prize assigned to it, one (1) eligible entrant will be randomly selected as the winner of the prize and will be contacted via Instagram @mention and/ or Direct Message (DM), within three (3) business days. Anyone who, after contacted, fails to respond within three (3) business days will be required to forfeit the prize and another Winner will be selected.

Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

No Warranties
Prize Winner acknowledges that he or she will not seek reimbursement from Andrea Falcone or any of the associated contest sponsors related to prizing if the prize is unsatisfactory.

Prize Substitution
The prize is non-refundable and has no cash surrender value and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions except as decided by Andrea Falcone’s sole discretion.

Entry Ownership
All entries are the property of Andrea Falcone. Andrea Falcone has no responsibility for failure of any email or submission due to any reason regardless of cause, including technological failure.

Publicity Release
By entering the Contest, each entrant consents to the use of his or her first name for the purpose of future promotion.

Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information
By entering the Contest and voluntarily providing personal information including, but not limited to, name and vote choice, you are giving your express consent for Andrea Falcone to use your first name to announce contest winner details via social media.

Limitation of Liability
By entering the Contest, the entrant agrees that Andrea Falcone is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures that can prevent someone from entering the Contest.

Compliance With Rules
All entrants agree to abide by the Contest Rules, which are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsors.

Miscellaneous
The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of these Contest Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other part. This contest is not sponsored by, nor endorsed by Instagram in any way.
