Andrea’s hands-on cooking camps are designed to teach your kids and teens the basics in the kitchen and build their confidence to make a complete meal on their own. Andrea has been delivering cooking classes and demonstrations since 2007, working with all age groups. With a background in nutrition and dietetics, Andrea’s professional practice and years of experience provide a safe environment for everyone to learn and grow into budding chefs.
The Winter Program, Battle of the Bakers, has campers working together to make their daily lunch meals, followed by some fun activities and a friendly baking challenge where campers are split into teams to make the baking recipe of the day.
The March Break Party Time Program allows campers to go to a different party each day with fun lunch meals and indoor (or outdoor if weather permits) activities that gets campers moving and having fun!
The Summer Cooking Camps provide lunch and snacks to the campers, with a lot of food science experimenting and outdoor obstacle courses, sports and fun nutrition education that will have the campers craving to come back each day!
No need to pack your kids a lunch! Just send them with their water bottle! All meals and snacks will be made by the campers based on the themes for the day and led by nutrition professionals who are proficient in food skills, displaying their safe food handlers certificate. All camps are nut free.
