Ingredients
- 1 Head Endive
- 6 Artisan-style crostini
- ½ Cup Goat Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Finely chopped rosemary
- 4 Dried figs
- ⅓ Cup Pecans
- ½ Orange (juice from)
- 1 tsp Honey
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix the goat cheese with the rosemary using the back of a spoon or fork.
- In a separate small bowl, chop the dried figs into small pieces, add the pecans, juice from half of an orange, and honey and mix to combine.
- Wash and dry the endive leaves (about 10-12). Place on a dish along with the Artisan-style crostini.
- Fill each endive cup and top each crostini with about 1 Tbsp of the goat cheese and rosemary mix. Top each with the pecan and fig topping until all ingredients are used up.
- Enjoy with your closest friends and a glass of your favourite white (or red)!
